La KESB Winterthur-Andelfingen est responsable de la mise en place de mesures de protection civile en cas de mise en danger du bien-être de l'enfant ainsi que pour les adultes nécessitant une aide. En tant que responsable financier·ère, vous assurez le traitement professionnel et fiable des affaires financières liées aux mesures ordonnées et soutenez l'équipe dans toutes les questions liées aux finances. Êtes-vous à la recherche d'un poste responsable et polyvalent et souhaitez-vous soutenir activement notre équipe immédiatement ou sur accord, temporairement jusqu'à l'été 2027 ? Vos tâches ##

  • Préparation et réalisation autonome des clôtures comptables
  • Contrôle des coûts administratifs et établissement des facturations aux communes affiliées
  • Responsabilité de la facturation complète et en temps voulu des factures de frais ainsi que des factures aux communes affiliées
  • Assurer et surveiller la création ponctuelle des budgets
  • Contrôle et imputation de toutes les factures fournisseurs

Votre profil ##

  • Certificat fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité ou équivalent
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années en finance et comptabilité, idéalement dans le secteur public
  • Connaissances des logiciels Abacus et Innosolv un atout
  • Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et fiable
  • Sens des responsabilités et discrétion dans le traitement des données financières et personnelles sensibles
