Responsable régie, sécurité et bâtiments à 100% #

Votre mission et vos responsabilités \- Assurer la gestion du secteur régie et sécurité sur les plans managérial, organisationnel, administratif et RH. \- Piloter et coordonner les mesures nécessaires pour une mise à jour régulière du concept général de sécurité pour le MEG. \- Superviser la maintenance des bâtiments, des équipements techniques et gérer les prestations de nettoyage externalisées. Votre profil \- Être titulaire d'un CAS dans la sécurité ou d'un diplôme CFPA-E de coordinateur ou coordinatrice de sécurité, complété d'une certification en protection incendie AEAI ou d'une formation équivalente. Un CFC dans le domaine de la construction ou du bâtiment serait souhaité. \- Justifier d'une expérience d'au minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire, avec des compétences avérées en management. \- Maîtriser un logiciel de planification horaire ainsi que les outils bureautiques standards. \- Maîtriser parfaitement le français à l'oral et à l'écrit ; la connaissance d'une deuxième langue constitue un atout. \- Être pragmatique et savoir mobiliser une équipe par l'écoute et le dialogue pour instaurer un climat de confiance et créer un environnement de travail positif et stimulant. \- Avoir la capacité de collaborer et interagir de manière constructive et efficace avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et de nombreux partenaires, même dans des situations de stress. \- Faire preuve d'un sens aigu des priorités et de l'organisation, et démontrer un attachement à des prestations de qualité.
