Pour notre client, une entreprise leader dans son domaine, nous sommes à la recherche d'un-e Responsable RH 80-100%. Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous élaborez et mettez en œuvre une stratégie RH alignée sur les objectifs organisationnels, incluant le développement des talents
  • Vous gérez les dossiers administratifs du personnel, garantissant la conformité légale et la précision des informations
  • Vous supervisez l-ensemble du processus de recrutement, depuis la publication des annonces jusqu-à l-intégration des nouveaux collaborateur-trice-s
  • Vous organisez et coordonnez des formations visant à développer les compétences des équipes et à répondre aux besoins de l-entreprise
  • Vous assurez le suivi des reportings RH et financier et conseillez la direction sur les risques légaux et réglementaires
  • Vous favorisez un environnement de travail sain et stimulant, en contribuant à la satisfaction et au bien-être des employé-e-s

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous disposez d-une formation supérieur en gestion d'entreprise, économie ou ressources humaines
  • Vous justifiez d-une expérience d-au moins cinq ans dans les ressources humaines, dans une position stratégique
  • Vous maîtrisez le droit du travail suisse, les assurances sociales et les pratiques RH locales
  • Vous êtes à l-aise avec les outils bureautiques, les logiciels RH et possédez une bonne capacité d-analyse
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d-excellentes capacités de communication et d-une aisance relationnelle dans un environnement dynamique
