Ophtapharm AG est un fabricant pharmaceutique certifié FDA/EU-GMP spécialisé dans les produits ophtalmiques. Sur notre site de production à Hettlingen près de Winterthur, nous fabriquons, remplissons et conditionnons de manière aseptique des produits de haute qualité tels que des gouttes oculaires, des pommades et des gels pour les marchés internationaux.

Responsable Transfert Technologique & Projets (80-100%) #

L'équipe Transfert de Produit joue un rôle clé dans le soutien de la transformation stratégique d'Ophtapharm en Organisation de Fabrication sous Contrat (CMO). Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les clients et les parties prenantes internes, l'équipe gère les transferts de produits, les modifications de produits et les activités du cycle de vie à travers notre portefeuille.

 

Pour soutenir notre transformation stratégique en Organisation de Fabrication sous Contrat (CMO), nous recherchons un professionnel pragmatique et orienté client en tant que Responsable Transfert Technologique & Projets (80-100%), à pourvoir immédiatement ou d'un commun accord.

Votre rôle

  • Gérer les produits clients tout au long de leur cycle de vie, y compris les modifications de produits et les activités de mise en œuvre.
  • Évaluer les nouvelles opportunités commerciales, les produits et les projets de fabrication en collaboration avec des équipes transversales.
  • Diriger les projets de transfert technologique et les modifications majeures de produits depuis l'évaluation initiale jusqu'à la mise en œuvre réussie.
  • Agir en tant qu'interface principale entre les clients et les parties prenantes internes, assurant l'alignement tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
  • Garantir la mise en œuvre et la documentation conformes aux BPF des transferts de produits et des activités du cycle de vie.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme en sciences de la vie, pharmacie, génie des procédés ou discipline apparentée.
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans un environnement pharmaceutique réglementé par les BPF.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de transfert technologique, la mise en œuvre de produits ou des projets transversaux.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus de fabrication pharmaceutique ; une expérience en production stérile est un avantage.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes, avec une maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'allemand.
