Principales tâches

  • Direction technique et du personnel du groupe ainsi que représentation de la direction du département
  • Responsabilité de la supervision orientée sur les risques et prospective de UBS Suisse SA et de la gouvernance du groupe UBS
  • Définition des priorités de supervision et de la stratégie d-audit avec un focus sur le personnel & Corporate Banking, Global Wealth Management ainsi que leurs cadres de risque et de gouvernance
  • Responsable FINMA pour l-évaluation des constats de supervision et la définition des mesures de supervision nécessaires
  • Responsabilité des processus et produits centraux de supervision du groupe UBS
  • Entretien et développement des relations avec les parties prenantes nationales et internationales

Profil

  • Diplôme universitaire en sciences économiques ou en droit, de préférence complété par une formation en finance
  • Au moins 10 ans d-expérience professionnelle dans le secteur bancaire, chez des sociétés d-audit ou des autorités de surveillance, de préférence en lien avec des grandes banques. Expertise approfondie en gestion de patrimoine et banque de détail ainsi qu-une expérience internationale idéale
  • Expérience de direction de plusieurs années, idéalement dans la gestion de spécialistes reconnus
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et analytiques ainsi qu-exigences élevées de qualité dans son propre travail, même sous pression et grande autonomie
  • Présentation convaincante et professionnelle dans le dialogue avec les entités supervisées, même lors de discussions controversées, ainsi qu-une gestion éprouvée des parties prenantes internes
  • Excellente maîtrise de l-allemand (C2) et très bonnes connaissances en anglais (C1), la connaissance du français est un atout
