In dieser Schlüsselrolle gestalten Sie aktiv die Zukunft unserer farfalla Stores. Sie verbinden unternehmerisches Denken mit echter Begeisterung für Pflanzenkraft, Nachhaltigkeit und Menschen – und führen unsere Retail\-Welt mit Herz, Klarheit und Weitblick.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der farfalla Stores gemäss unserer Unternehmensstrategie und der Umsatzziele
  • Verantworung der Steuerung und Analyse der retail\-spezifischen KPIs sowie Ableitung von Optimierungsmassnahmen zur Performancesteierung
  • Verantwortung für die konsequente Umsetzung unserer CI und Umsetzung sämtlicher Marketingaktivitäten in den farfalla Stores
  • Identifikation von Talenten sowie Coaching und Belgeitung unserer Teamleiterinnen, sie zu befähigen ihre Teams zu inspirieren und wirksam zu führen
  • Gewinnung neuer Teammitlieder sowie wertschätzende und motivierte Führung des farfalla Stores Teams
  • Entdeckung von potentiellen neuen Retail\-Standorten sowie engagierte Etablierung neuer Standorte mit Engagement und Unternehmergeist

Ihr Profil

  • Echte Begeisterung für natürliche Produkte und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Weiterbildung oder Studium in Betriebsökonomie idealerweise basierend auf einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Drogistin EFZ, Pharma\-Assistentin EFZ oder Detailhandelsfachperson EFZ
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition, vorzugsweise im Kosmetik\- oder Lifestyle\-Retail
  • Ausgeprägte Leadershipkompetenz sowie eine strukturierte, effiziente und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verkaufsstärke, Empathie und Fähigkeit Kund:innen \& Mitarbeitende gleichermassen zu begeistern
  • Versierter Umgang mit Microsoft Office, hohe IT\-Affitinät und Freude an kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
