Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, zuverlässige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die Freude an der Kundenbetreuung hat und sich im Innendienst CH sicher und kompetent bewegt.

Deine Aufgabe

  • Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Begleitung von Kundenaufträgen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenberatung mit einem serviceorientierten und freundlichen Auftreten
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Kundenanliegen sowie im Bereich Ersatzteile
  • Koordination und Abstimmung zwischen Kunden, Monteuren sowie internen Abteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben und allgemeinen Büroarbeiten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der täglichen Einsätze unserer Monteure und Montagepartner schweizweit unter Berücksichtigung von Lieferterminen, Kundenanforderungen, Verfügbarkeiten sowie einer optimalen Auslastung
  • Planung, Verwaltung und laufende Aktualisierung der Aufträge und Einsatzpläne im SAP Field Service Management (FSM) inklusive digitaler Übergabe an die Monteure
  • Laufende Pflege der Monteurprofile, Qualifikationen, regionalen Zuständigkeiten sowie Rückmeldungen im System
  • Mitarbeit in einem abwechslungsreichen und dynamischen Arbeitsalltag mit vielseitigen Themenbereichen
