Sachbearbeiter/in Spedition Export 100% - wir suchen keine "Rampensau", sondern eine Fleissbiene. #

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbständige Bearbeitung und Erstellung von Exportdokumenten (u. a. Ausfuhrpapiere und T-Dokumente)
  • Organisation und Anmeldung von Warenabholungen
  • Unterstützung des Exportteams Grossbritannien (ca. 60-70 %)
  • Ferien- und Stellvertretung im Bereich Export und Import für Deutschland, die Niederlande und Belgien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Kunden, Partnern und Behörden
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise in der Speditions- oder Logistikbranche
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im internationalen Transportwesen oder in der Exportabwicklung von Vorteil
  • PASSAR-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Korrespondenz
  • Exakte, zuverlässige und speditive Arbeitsweise
  • Teamorientierte, belastbare und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten
