Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Abwicklung des gesamten Kreditorenprozesses
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Sicherstellung der Konformität von Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Spesenworkflows in der Funktion als Super User
  • Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Spesenabrechnungen über das System Perk
  • Stellvertretung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie Unterstützung in der gesamten Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung sowie der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Finanz- und Buchhaltungsprozessen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen notwendig
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung erforderlich
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen wie IFS
  • Fliessende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit starker Affinität für Zahlen
  • Fundierte technische Kenntnisse in diversen Tools
