In der Rolle als Technical Account Manager in unserem Bereich «Professional & Project Services» übernimmst du eine zentrale Funktion in der Kundenberatung- und -entwicklung. Du bringst dein technisches Know-how, deine Beratungskompetenz und dein Gespür für innovative IT-Lösungen ein, um gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden erfolgreich-die digitale Zukunft zu gestalten.- 

Das erwartet dich: ###

  • Du stehst unseren Bestandskunden als kompetenter und zentraler Ansprechpartner in allen-IT-Fragen zur Seite
  • Du erkennst dank deiner Beratungskompetenz die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden, entwickelst passgenaue Lösungen und initiierst die Umsetzung
  • Mit deiner Fähigkeit Bestehendes kritisch zu hinterfragen und Neues im Rahmen unseres Innovationsmanagement zu initiieren, leistest Du einen aktiven Beitrag zur stetigen Weiterentwicklung unseres Angebotsportfolios-
  • Du unterstützt das Sales Team bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden und wirkst federführend bei der Erstellung von Offerten inklusive Architektur- und Lösungsdesign mit--
  • Du begleitest kleinere bis mittlere IT-Projekte und verantwortest den Leistungserbringungsprozess gegenüber dem Kunden-

Das bringst du mit: ###

* Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Informatikbranche, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Vergleichbares-

* Du bist eine unternehmerisch denkende, kunden- und beratungsorientierte sowie teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein-

* Du verfügst über eine breite Mitsprachekompetenz in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, IT-Infrastruktur, Projektleitung und den gängigen Cloud Themen (MS Azure, M365)-

* Du kannst dich gepflegt in Deutsch (fliessend) und Englisch (gut) sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich ausdrücken-

* Du bist ein echte\r Teamplayer\in und bringst eine gute Portion Pragmatismus und Humor mit--
