Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit. Sachbearbeitung Verkaufsinnendienst Halbzeuge (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben Proaktives Betreuen und Beraten unserer Kunden im Bereich Kunststoff\-Halbzeug und Handelsprodukte bei kaufmännischen, logistischen oder technischen Fragestellungen telefonisch oder per Mail Verantwortlich für die Auftragsbearbeitung von der Kalkulation des Verkaufspreises, über die Erstellung des Angebotes bis hin zum erfolgreichen Abschluss Planen und Erstellen von Fertigungsaufträgen sowie Erfassen und Abwickeln von Terminaufträgen und Kontrakten Unterstützen bei der Transportabwicklung sowie Ausstellen von Export Dokumenten Retouren\- und Reklamationsmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätswesen Koordination der Aktivitäten und Massnahmen mit Fachabteilungen (z.B. Einkauf, Produktion, Logistik) und externen Stellen Sie bringen mit Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ oder gleichwertige Ausbildung Mindestens 2\-3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion Technisches Denkvermögen, Erfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld von Vorteil Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS\-Office und SAP Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute ösisch\- und Englischkenntnisse Hohe Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung, Organisations\- und Verkaufstalent und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen Ihre Zukunft Von uns dürfen Sie eine abwechslungsreiche und interessante Tätigkeit mit grosser Selbstständigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld erwarten.
