Tasks ##

  • Welcome and greet guests at the ticket counter.
  • Provide personal advice and accompany guests on-site.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.

  • Fluent in Swiss German, additional languages are a plus.

* * You enjoy dealing with guests and are a warm and welcoming host * * You work reliably, precisely, and remain calm even during busy periods * * You are willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and during holiday periods * * You are digitally proficient and quickly familiarise yourself with our cash register system * * You speak Swiss German; additional language skills are an advantage * * Ideally, you bring experience from sales, tourism, or hospitality *
