  • Medical or pharmaceutical background with several years of experience.

  • Fluent in German, with French as a plus and proficient in MS Office.

To strengthen our team in the Internal Sales department, we are looking - immediately or by arrangement - for a Sales Employee Internal Sales (60-80 %) for the Glattbrugg (ZH) location. Your main tasks - Telephone and competent advice to doctors and practice staff - Receiving customer orders (by phone, in writing or electronically) and order entry in the ERP system - Supporting the field sales managers - Managing and processing emails - Coordination and collaboration with other departments - Various administrative tasks Your profile - Basic medical and/or pharmaceutical training - Several years of professional experience desired - Enjoyment of telephone customer contact - Communicative, service- and customer-oriented personality - Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French knowledge is an advantage - Sound knowledge of MS Office programmes Your opportunities - Thorough introduction and specialised training - Independent work in a dynamic environment - Secure employment in a modern, growth-oriented company - Varied activity in a small and motivated team - Good public transport connections and free parking Do you feel addressed?
