An unserem Standort Schulhaus Gubel in Zürich Oerlikon (Schulkreis Glattal) suchen wir per 4. Januar 2027 eine\n Schulische\n Heilpädagog\*in für die Kindergartenstufe 30 %

Aufgaben ##

  • Klassenführung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Klassenteam
  • Förderung der Kinder gemäss den im SSG definierten Zielen, dem Lehrplan 21 und der befähigungsorientierten Förderplanung
  • Erstellen der Förderplanung, Lernberichte und Zeugnisse
  • Kooperation mit den Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigten, Logopäd\innen und Psychomotoriktherapeut\innen, externen Fachstellen und Fachpersonen der Regelschule
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Team der HPS Gubel sowie bei Bedarf themenspezifische Mitarbeit in Arbeitsgruppen für die Gesamtinstitution

Profil ##

  • EDK-anerkannte heilpädagogische Ausbildung mit Vorzug im Bereich Kognitive Beeinträchtigung oder die Bereitschaft die Ausbildung berufsbegleitend zu absolvieren
  • Praxiserfahrung im Sonderschulbereich «Kognitive Beeinträchtigung» (Unterstützte Kommunikation, TEACCH, ASS, etc.) oder die Bereitschaft, sich in diese Aufgabenstellung einzuarbeiten
  • Freude an der Förderung und Begleitung von Kindern mit kognitiver und kommunikativer Beeinträchtigung sowie Schwierigkeiten der Impulskontrolle und -steuerung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Motivation, Belastbarkeit, Humor, Flexibilität und Kreativität
  • Fachliche Leitung des eigenen Klassenteams, sowie Bereitschaft und Interesse an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

Wir bieten den Schülerinnen und Schülern, die in verschiedenen Schulhäusern der Stadt Zürich in separierten Klassen beschult werden, ein unterstützendes Umfeld und legen den Schwerpunkt auf die interdisziplinäre Förderung ihre Stärken. Unsere Teams an den verschiedenen Standorten in der Stadt Zürich bestehen aus schulischen Heilpädagog\innen, Sozialpädagog\innen, Fachpersonen Betreuung sowie Assistent\*innen.
