Ihre Verantwortung:

  • selbständige schulpsychologische Betreuung von Schulgemeinden, inkl. Abklärung, Diagnose\- und Indikationsstellung
  • Beantragung von schulischen Massnahmen und Falldokumentation
  • Problemsituationen von Schülerinnen und Schülern erkennen und plausibel erläutern, in der Folge Entwicklung von pragmatischen und wirksamen Lösungswegen und Prozessbegleitung
  • Beratung von Lehrpersonen, Schulleitungen, Eltern, Schülern und Schülerinnen sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Behörden und Fachstellen aus den Bereichen Pädagogik, Sozialarbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Psychologie, Medizin, Justiz und Verwaltung.
  • Realisierung schulunterstützender Massnahmen wie die Arbeit mit Schulteams, Sprechstunden, Planung von Fördermassnahmen, Interventionen im Schulhaus, Beratung der Schulleitungen bei Schulentwicklungsfragen und Gestaltung von Weiterbildungsangeboten
  • Das Anforderungsprofil als Ganzes beinhaltet zahlreiche informelle Führungselemente.

Ihr Hintergrund:

  • Hochschulstudium in Psychologie (Lizenziat/Master)
  • Fachkenntnisse in Kinder\- und Jugendpsychologie
  • Berufserfahrung in der Schulpsychologie und/oder im Schulbereich
  • Systemisch\-lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Sozialkompetente, gesunde Persönlichkeit, die Wert auf kooperative Zusammenarbeit und auf sorgfältige, transparente Kommunikation legt
  • Belastbarkeit, Selbständigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Freude im Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlich in einem zum Teil fordernden Umfeld

Der Schulpsychologische Dienst ist eine Hauptabteilung des Amts für Volksschulen. Er ist zuständig für Beratung und Prävention bei schulnahen Fragen und Problemen. Der SPD hat das Ziel der psychosozialen Gesundheit der Kinder, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen sowie der Förderung von positiven Schullaufbahnen.
