Deine Mission:

Als Scrum Master verantwortest Du die Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer digitalen Tools und begleitest unsere Teams aktiv auf dem Weg der digitalen Transformation.

Art der Arbeit

Dein Rucksack:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, HR, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Erfahrung in der Schulung \& Trainings von Tools von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse agiler Arbeitsmethoden von Vorteil

* Erfahrung mit Implementierungen oder Digitalisierungsprojekten von Vorteil

* Gute Kommunikations\- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

* Hohe digitale Affinität und Begeisterung für neue Technologien

* Hohe Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

* Fähigkeit, Menschen für Veränderungen zu gewinnen

* Sprachen: Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch auf einem Niveau C1 \- M/S

* Leitung und Begleitung von Implementierungsprojekten für digitale Tools Schulungen \& Coaching

* Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte Schnittstellenfunktion \& Stakeholder Management

* Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen rund um digitale Lösungen und Prozesse Kundenorientierung \& Sales Support

* Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams bei der Präsentation unserer digitalen Lösungen Strategie \& Innovation

* Mitverantwortlich für den Ausbau unserer digitalen Tool\-Landschaft
