Description de l'emploi ##

La Direction générale du territoire et du logement (DGTL) est en charge de l-aménagement du territoire (plan directeur cantonal, planifications directrices et d-affectation, projets d-agglomération), du cadastre et de la géoinformation (géoportail cantonal), des autorisations en matière de permis de construire et de la politique du logement au niveau cantonal.

Nous recherchons une personne motivée, à l-aise avec les outils numériques et capable de travailler dans un environnement dématérialisé : gestion électronique des documents (GED), double écran, système de téléphonie hybride et organisation en flex office.

Responsabilités ##

* Assurer l'assistanat de direction du directeur général adjoint  * Être responsable de l-interface entre la direction générale, les départements et les services, ainsi que du suivi et de la coordination des activités transverses, en collaboration avec sa collègue * Contribuer au bon fonctionnement du secrétariat du comité de direction, en collaboration avec sa collègue. * Gérer le courrier sortant et les tâches annexes * Assurer le secrétariat opérationnel pour la direction des projets territoriaux stratégiques

Qualifications ##

  • CFC d'employé·e de commerce
  • Brevet d'assistant·e de direction 
  • Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l-assistanat de direction
  • Expérience domaine administratif 
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Connaissance du canton et de ses institutions
