Vous souhaitez exercer votre métier de secrétaire médicale dans un environnement spécialisé, au cœur du parcours de soins en oncologie, et rejoindre une équipe pluridisciplinaire où votre rôle de coordination est essentiel ?

Notre service de Radio-oncologie offre un environnement à taille humaine, alliant expertise médicale, technologies de pointe et collaboration interprofessionnelle.

Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recrutons un(-e) Secrétaire médicale au service de Radio-oncologie CDMax 6 mois à 80% (ref : 2018)

 

Votre rôle

Vous êtes un acteur essentiel de la coordination du parcours de soins oncologique, de la première convocation au suivi du patient.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Gestion des agendas, rendez-vous, mails et appels téléphoniques
  • Coordination du parcours administratif des patients
  • Préparation et suivi des tumorboards et colloques multidisciplinaires
  • Gestion des dossiers médicaux et des imageries 
  • Programmation des examens et coordination des simulations
  • Organisation des transports des patients
  • Rédaction et gestion des rapports, prescriptions, attestations et certificats
  • Gestion des demandes de prise en charge auprès des assurances
  • Facturation des consultations, tumorboards et prestations spécifiques
  • Gestion des commandes et consommables du service
  • Participation ponctuelle au secrétariat de neurochirurgie

Votre environnement de travail

Vous évoluerez au sein d-une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée de TRM, physiciens médicaux, radio-oncologues, dosimétristes, infirmière, neuroradiochirurgien, secrétaires et cadre de service.

Vous utiliserez notamment les outils métier Aria, Opale, Winscribe, PEP, Carefolio, Xplore RDV, RX Portail, Xreloader, Engage et Qualios.   Votre profil

  • Formation de secrétaire médicale
  • Expérience en secrétariat médical hospitalier, idéalement en radio-oncologie
  • Excellente de la terminologie médicale
  • Connaissance du système d-assurance suisse et de la facturation médicale
  • Excellent sens de l-organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités
  • Rigueur, autonomie, discrétion et esprit d-équipe
  • Sens de l-accueil et empathie envers les patients oncologiques
