Les Centres Médico\-Sociaux ont pour mission d’aider les personnes de tous âges dépendantes ou atteintes dans leur santé à rester dans leur milieu de vie le plus longtemps possible et de soutenir les proches aidants. L’APREMADOL, avec ses 4 CMS, dessert 7 communes de l’Ouest lausannois.

Le service SECUTEL offre des prestations de biotélévigilance dans les secteurs de Lausanne, la Couronne lausannoise, l’Ouest lausannois, l'Est vaudois et La Broye, tout en étant rattaché à l’APREMADOL.

Afin de compléter notre équipe de SECUTEL, nous recherchons un·e

**Secrétaire médicale 60%

(CDM de 6 mois)**

Dans ce rôle terrain dynamique, vous passez la majorité de votre activité en déplacement. Vous garantissez l'accompagnement personnalisé des clients à la demande d'appareil Secutel à leur domicile, vous occupez de la gestion administrative ainsi que du pilotage opérationnel de nos interventions.

Vos tâches principales :

  • Traiter les nouvelles demandes au domicile du client (déplacements dans tout le canton de Vaud)
  • Présenter les prestations Secutel et ses options
  • Recueillir les données administratives et de santé du client pour la mise en place des prestations
  • Traiter les demandes de modifications ou de résiliations et effectuer le suivi annuel
  • Gérer la planification des interventions des techniciens
  • Effectuer, organiser et participer aux tâches administratives en lien avec le fonctionnement du service Secutel, planification et gestion de stock
  • Collaborer avec les différents partenaires du réseau

Votre profil et vos compétences:

  • Diplôme de Secrétaire médicale ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années en tant que Secrétaire médicale un fort atout
  • Aisance dans le contact et la relation client
  • Bonne connaissance de l’anatomie et connaissance élémentaire en pharmacologie
  • Maîtrise de la langue française (Min C1 écrit et oral), avec un bon vocabulaire médical
  • Doté d’un bon sen de l’organisation et de bonnes compétences relationnelles
  • Excellentes compétences informatiques et ouverture aux nouvelles technologies
  • Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer le changement
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
  • Permis de conduire et véhicule obligatoire (beaucoup de déplacements)

Lieu de travail : Au domicile des clients et à Bussigny pour la partie bureau

Taux d'activité : 60% \- CDM de 6 mois

Classe salariale : Des prestations sociales et salaire selon la CCT du secteur sanitaire parapublic vaudois

Entrée en fonction : 1er janvier 2027
