  • Als Baukostenplaner\*in erkennst du in der Projektanalyse Chancen und Risiken
  • Du kalkulierst mittels Vorausmassen, Kennwerten und Unternehmerofferten mittels Desite, Bluebim und
  • In der Angebotsphase führst du Planer\*innen
  • Um ein optimales Ergebnis für die Kundschaft zu erzielen, erarbeitest du Projektvarianten und kundenspezifische Angebotslösungen
  • Du stellst die Offert Dossiers zusammen und begleitest die Preisverhandlungen

Dein Fundament

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung als Bauleiter\in HFP, Techniker\in HF Bauplanung Hochbau oder Architekt\*in FH, Bauingenieur/in FH
  • Du warst schon In der Bauleitung tätig und bringst die dabei gesammelten Erfahrungen in die Baukostenplanung ein
  • Du kennst dich in GU/TU Dienstleistungssektor aus und kannst Bauprojekte gesamtheitlich betrachten und beurteilen
  • Mit Eigeninitiative erschliesst du dir neue Aufgaben und Problemstellungen, arbeitest selbstständig und denkst unternehmerisch
  • Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsstärke in Gesprächen und Verhandlungen und zeichnest dich zugleich durch Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Offenheit für Innovationen aus
