Ekkiden ist eine in 2019 gegründete internationale Beratungsgruppe: sie vereint ein Ökosystem leidenschaftlicher und engagierter Beraterinnen und Berater, die Transformationsprojekte in den Bereichen Organisation, Operations und Technologie durchführen, insbesondere in IT/Digital, Industrie/F&E sowie Nachhaltigkeit, für Großunternehmen und KMU in Frankreich, der Schweiz, Spanien und Deutschland. Worum es geht:Unser Kunde, ein grosses Schweizer Unternehmen, baut ein neues Team auf und denkt Requirements Management neu. Du betreibst und modernisierst die etablierte Plattform Polarion ALM und baust parallel einen Specification-as-Code-Ansatz mit auf. Anforderungen werden dabei versioniert, automatisiert und AI-ready geführt, mit durchgängiger Traceability bis in die Produktion. Deine Rolle:Du verbindest Betrieb und Entwicklung: Stabilität, wo sie zählt, und Innovation, wo sie den Unterschied macht. Im neuen Team prägst du Standards und Toolchains von Anfang an mit. Ausserdem begleitest du zahlreiche Delivery-Teams auf dem Weg zu modernen Arbeitsweisen. Deine Verantwortungen: Du verantwortest Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Requirements-Management-Plattformen. Du entwickelst Polarion ALM aktiv weiter zu einer modernen, zukunftsfähigen Lösung. Du gestaltest den Aufbau einer Requirements-as-Code-Lösung nach dem Spec-Driven-Development-Ansatz massgeblich mit. Du baust und betreibst Integrationen und Automatisierungen entlang des gesamten Software Delivery Lifecycle. Du setzt CI/CD-Pipelines und AI-gestützte Werkzeuge für Entwicklung, Analyse, Testing und Dokumentation ein. Du arbeitest eng mit Entwickler:innen, Business Analysts, Tester:innen, Architekt:innen, Product Ownern und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen. Was du mitbringst: Eine höhere Ausbildung in Informatik (HF, FH, Uni/ETH) oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer oder in einer ähnlichen technischen Rolle Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung geschäftskritischer Anwendungen und Plattformen Fundierte Kenntnisse in Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Angular, REST-APIs und CI/CD Erfahrung mit gewachsenen Enterprise-Landschaften, idealerweise mit Polarion ALM, Groovy oder ähnlichen Technologien Ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude am Lösen kniffliger Probleme Neugier auf moderne Engineering-Praktiken, AI-Tools und Specs-as-Code Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Warum diese Rolle spannend ist: Pionierarbeit: Du baust etwas Neues auf, statt nur Bestehendes zu verwalten.
