In unserem Entwicklungszentrum in Wil SG realisieren wir technische Produkte für Startups, KMU’s wie auch globale Unternehmen – von der Medizin\- und Labortechnik über Haushaltsgeräte bis hin zu Industrieprodukten. Für anspruchsvolle Entwicklungsprojekte im Bereich Food \& Beverage Systems suchen wir eine qualifizierte Persönlichkeit.

Tätigkeitsgebiet

Als erfahrene Software\-Ingenieur Persönlichkeit mit Freude an interdisziplinärer Produktentwicklung entwickeln Sie gemeinsam mit unseren Teams innovative Geräte und Systeme von der Idee bis zur Serienreife. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt in der Entwicklung von Embedded Software – gleichzeitig interessiert Sie nicht nur der Code, sondern das gesamte Produkt und dessen Funktion. Sie verstehen das Zusammenspiel von Software, Elektronik, Sensorik/Aktorik und dem physikalischen Gesamtsystem und bringen dieses Verständnis aktiv in die Lösungsfindung ein.

Sie übernehmen eigenständig anspruchsvolle technische Arbeitspakete und begleiten diese von der Erarbeitung der Anforderungen und Software\-Architektur über die Implementierung und den Test bis zur Integration und Inbetriebnahme am realen Produkt. Technische Probleme analysieren und lösen Sie systematisch und pragmatisch – auch über die Grenzen der Software hinaus. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden, Projektleitern und weiteren Fachdisziplinen entwickeln Sie Lösungen, die technische und wirtschaftliche Anforderungen gleichermassen erfüllen.

Anforderung

  • Bachelor\- oder Master\-Abschluss in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Systemtechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Embedded Software für mechatronische Produkte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in C/C\+\+ sowie Erfahrung mit Embedded\-Systemen und gängigen Entwicklungs\- und Testmethoden
  • Erfahrung mit modernen Entwicklungswerkzeugen und automatisierten Softwareentwicklungsprozessen (z. B. CI/CD, Codeanalyse)
  • Erfahrung in Integration, Inbetriebnahme, Testing und systematischer Fehlersuche an realen Produkten
  • Erfahrung mit Serienprodukten, idealerweise mit Haushaltsgeräten oder Getränkesystemen für private und professionelle Anwendungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, technische Aufgaben von der Konzeption bis zum funktionierenden Produkt umzusetzen
  • Begeisterung für interdisziplinäre Produktentwicklung und direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
