Wir investieren als unabhängige Dienstleisterin für Schweizer Pensionskassen in Immobilien. In der ganzen Schweiz schaffen wir damit Räume zum Wohnen und Arbeiten. Unsere 80 Mitarbeitenden führen ein Immobilienportfolio von rund 16 Milliarden und machen es fit für eine umwelt\- und klimagerechte Zukunft.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams People \& Organisation mit 3 Mitarbeitenden suchen wir ab Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Kollegin oder einen engagierten Kollegen.

Was du bei uns tust

  • Du berätst und begleitest Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in anspruchsvollen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen.
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Employee Lifecycle inklusive Bewerbungsmanagement, Betreuung und Austrittsmanagement.
  • Du führst Rekrutierungsprozesse selbständig durch und unterstützt die Fachbereiche bei der Gewinnung neuer Talente.
  • Du bearbeitest arbeitsrechtliche und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragestellungen.
  • Du übernimmst eine zentrale in der Payroll und stellst gemeinsam mit der Payroll\-Verantwortlichen eine kompetente Stellvertretung sicher.
  • Du entwickelst unsere HR\-Systeme, insbesondere Abacus und myAbacus, sowie digitale HR\-Prozesse und Standards kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du leitest operative HR\-Projekte und bringst aktiv Impulse mit ein.

Was du mitbringst

  • Eidg. HR\-Fachausweis sowie mindestens zehn Jahre praktische HR\-Erfahrung
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen in Arbeitsrecht, Sozialversicherungen und Payroll
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Abacus Lohn und myAbacus Absenzen \& Spesen
  • Empathische und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit analytischem Denkvermögen und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und verbindliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe digitale Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365
  • Deutsch (C2\), ösisch B1 von Vorteil
