Deine Aufgaben Du bist Verantwortlich für den technischen Unterhalt der Netzwerk\- und Serverinfrastruktur der Cloud\-Plattform Du realisierst unsere Cloud\-Plattformen nach einem Standard und bist für dessen Betrieb und Unterhalt zuständig Du hilfst bei der Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und Optimierung unserer Cloud\-Services mit ISO 27001 ISMS\-Richtlinien einhalten 2nd\-Level IT\-Support Weiterentwicklung bestehender Abläufe Automatisierung neuer und bestehender Prozesse mittels PowerShell Deine Qualifikationen Abgeschlossene Grundbildung in Informatik, Fachrichtung Systemtechnik Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Systemtechnik Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Windows\-Server\-Ökosystems sowie der Microsoft 365 und Azure Basisdienste (Microsoft 365, Azure Entra\-ID Directory, SharePoint, Exchange Online) Basiskenntnisse in Linux\-Serveradministration Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B1 Niveau) Das erwartet dich bei uns Spannende Aufgabe: Ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet in einem dynamischen Umfeld wartet auf dich.
