Als Senior Koordinator:in Expansion unterstützt du die Leitung Expansion und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der administrativen und organisatorischen Betreuung unseres schweizweiten Portfolios an Retailstandorten. Mit deinem ausgeprägten Organisationstalent, deinem kaufmännischen Verständnis und deiner selbstständigen Arbeitsweise bist du eine wichtige Drehscheibe innerhalb des Bereichs Expansion. Dein Aufgabengebiet: Du koordinierst selbstständig expansionbezogene Themen, Meetings und Termine und stellst eine reibungslose Umsetzung sicher Du verantwortest die administrative Betreuung unserer schweizweiten Stores und behältst Fristen, Optionen und vertragliche Verpflichtungen im Blick Du bist eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Vermietern, Eigentümern, externen Verwaltungen sowie unseren internen Fachbereichen und sorgst für eine professionelle Kommunikation Du erstellst Präsentationen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und weitere Unterlagen und bereitest Informationen adressatengerecht auf Du organisierst das operative Tagesgeschäft der Abteilung Expansion vorausschauend, zuverlässig und selbstständig und sorgst dafür, dass Pendenzen und wichtige Themen konsequent nachverfolgt werden Unsere Anforderungen: Du hast mehrere Jahre fundierte kaufmännische Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Immobilien\-, Retail\- oder Expansionsumfeld Du bist eine selbstständige, strukturierte und vorausschauende Persönlichkeit, die auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick behält Du kannst unterschiedliche interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen souverän, professionell und verbindlich betreuen und kommunizieren Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis, sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse und Freude an der sorgfältigen Aufbereitung von Daten und Unterlagen mit Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Landessprachen sind von Vorteil Bei uns wird FORTSCHRITT grossgeschrieben.
