Ihre Aufgabe ##

- Beratung & Konzeption: Sie erfassen die Anforderungen der Kunden vor Ort, erarbeiten durchdachte IT-Architekturen und begleiten IT-Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Projekte von der Analyse bis zur schlüsselfertigen Übergabe.

- Implementierung & Betrieb: Sie übernehmen die Beschaffung, Installation und Betreuung komplexer Kundenumgebungen (Server, Storage, Arbeitsplätze, Security sowie Cloud-Infrastrukturen).

- Netzwerk & Cloud: Sie planen und realisieren moderne Netzwerkstrukturen (LAN, WLAN, WAN/VPN, TCP/IP) und integrieren Microsoft-Azure- und Hybrid-Cloud-Lösungen.

- Projektleitung & Datacenter: Sie führen anspruchsvolle IT-Projekte eigenverantwortlich und wirken aktiv beim kontinuierlichen Ausbau der georedundanten Rechenzentren mit.

Ihr Profil ##

- Fundierte informatische Grundausbildung (EFZ), idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Höhere Fachschule (Informatiker HF/TS) oder entsprechende Fachausbildungen.

- Mehrjährige Praxis in der Betreuung und Umgestaltung von Microsoft Client- und Server-Landschaften.

- Zertifizierungen im Microsoft- oder Citrix-Umfeld (z. B. MCSE / Azure Administrator / CCA oder vergleichbar) sind ausdrücklich erwünscht.

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Azure und Netzwerktechnik (Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewalling).

- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.

- Führerausweis Kat. B für die regionale Betreuung der Kunden vor Ort.
