Hast du Lust, gemeinsam mit kompetenten Entwicklern in der rund 80köpfigen Informatik deine internen Kundinnen und Kunden zu begeistern? Dann komm zu uns nach St. Gallen oder Zürich. Das wirst du bewirken Gemeinsam mit unseren internen Stakeholdern analysierst du Benutzeranforderungen und erarbeitest massgeschneiderte Lösungsansätze. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich entwickelst du nachhaltige Software-Anpassungen auf unserem Core-Banking-System Avaloq und begeisterst damit unsere Mitarbeitenden ausserhalb der Informatik. Du wirkst aktiv in spannenden und innovativen Einführungs- und Weiterentwicklungsprojekten mit und trägst wesentlich zur kontinuierlichen Evolution unserer gesamten IT-Plattform bei. Du übernimmst rasch Verantwortung für ganze, gemeinsam zu definierende Themengebiete und stellst deren Betrieb sicher. Das bringst du mit Du verfügst über eine IT- oder bankfachliche Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch einen Fachhochschul- oder Studienabschluss. Du hast Kenntnisse in Datenbankkonzepten und beherrschst SQL sicher. In spezifischen bankfachlichen Themengebieten konntest du bereits mehrjährige Jahre Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering sowie in der Weiterentwicklung des Avaloq Core-Systems sammeln. Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über eine ACCP-Zertifizierung im Bereich Core Technology oder bist bereit, diese zu erwerben. Konzepte der agilen Softwareentwicklung sind dir vertraut. Erfahrungen in einem oder mehreren der Bereiche Anlegen (z.B. Wertschriftenabwicklung, Handel) oder Zahlungsverkehr (z.B. Abwicklung, Abstimmung, Kartenverarbeitung) oder Meldungsverarbeitung (z.B. SWIFT) oder Stammdaten/Compliance sind von Vorteil. Du bist eine selbstständige, belastbare und leistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hohen analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten und hast Freude am Umgang mit anderen Menschen sowie der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
