Stellenbeschreibung wir sind Sensopro, ein junges dynamisches Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Münsingen. Wir produzieren Fitness- und Therapiegeräte. Das Herzstück unseres Produkts ist die Trainingssoftware, dazu gehört auch ein Sensor-Messsystem zur Bewegungsanalyse und die Websoftware Hub, mit der Physiotherapeut:innen und Fitness-Coaches ihre Luna-Geräte sowie Trainingspläne für Patient:innen und Mitglieder verwalten.-Für unser Software-Team suchen wir ab Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte, selbstständig arbeitende Persönlichkeit mit einem Pensum von 60%-80%, die uns in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktwelt verstärkt. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Entwicklungsteam zusammen und übernimmst zusätzlich die Rolle des 2nd Level Support: Wenn unser Innendienst oder unsere Installateur:innen vor Ort bei einem Problem nicht weiterkommen, bist du die Anlaufstelle - du analysierst, verstehst die Ursache und behebst sie im Code. Bringst du zusätzlich Erfahrung mit Sensorik oder Embedded-Systemen mit, ist das ein willkommenes Plus.-Wir freuen uns auf dich!-Bewerbe dich mit deinem CV und einem kurzen Video (ja, das haben wir alle so gemacht ?). - Stellenanforderungen  Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Informatiker:in HF (Schwerpunkt Application Development) oder vergleichbar, mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielstrebige Arbeitsweise Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch verhandlungssicher (mind.B2) - du bist es gewohnt, auch technische Themen am Telefon auf Englisch zu erklären, z.B. im Austausch mit unseren Tochtergesellschaften und Kund:innen im Ausland Unsere Werte Teamgeist, Dynamik, Qualität und Mut sind für dich keine Worthülsen Sport und Bewegung sind dir vertraut Bereitschaft, gelegentlich auch vor Ort beim Kunden Support zu leisten Dein Rucksack Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Web-Entwicklung (vorzugsweise ReactJS) Erfahrung mit REST APIs, Electron und Python von Vorteil Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Azure (u.a. IoT, MySQL, Storage) von Vorteil Kenntnisse von PHP-Frameworks und Datenbanken (optional) Erfahrung mit Sensorik, Raspberry Pi oder Embedded-Systemen (optional) Mit der Stelle verbundene Verantwortlichkeiten  Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserem Team an unserer Produktwelt - von Konzeption über Implementierung bis Wartung Du bist Anlaufstelle für 2nd Level Support-Anfragen rund um das VideoKit, Hub und unser Sensor-Messsystem - intern wie auch direkt von Kund:innen Du analysierst gemeldete Probleme selbstständig und behebst sie, wo möglich, direkt im Code Du bringst wiederkehrende Probleme strukturiert ins Team ein, damit daraus nachhaltige Lösungen entstehen Du stehst bei Bedarf im direkten telefonischen Kontakt mit Kund:innen und leistest gelegentlich auch Support vor Ort Du nutzt moderne Entwicklungspraktiken, agile Methoden und DevOps Benefits der Stelle  Eine umfassende Einarbeitung in unsere Software- und Technologie-Landschaft Flexible Arbeitszeiten und die Möglichkeit, regelmässig im Home Office zu arbeiten Die Chance, unsere internationalen Partner und Tochtergesellschaften vor Ort kennenzulernen Interne und externe Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten zur persönlichen und fachlichen Entwicklung Regelmässige Team-Events (mindestens 3x pro Jahr) und ein enger Teamzusammenhalt 5 Wochen Ferien für alle Mitarbeitenden - bei einer 40-Stunden-Woche Du arbeitest in einem wachsenden Scale-up mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen, einem eng verbundenen Team und einer persönlichen Arbeitsatmosphäre.
