Deine Aufgaben ##

  • Du unterstützt und vertrittst den Küchenchef im operativen und organisatorischen Tagesgeschäft
  • Du arbeitest aktiv in der Küche mit und stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team eine hohe Qualität unserer Speisen sicher
  • Du unterstützt bei der Führung, Begleitung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden sowie bei der Personalplanung
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung der HACCP-, Hygiene- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandards sicher
  • Du kontrollierst Prozesse und Dokumentationen und begleitest interne sowie externe Audits
  • Du wirkst bei der Menüplanung und -kontrolle mit
  • Du unterstützt bei Bestellungen und kontrollierst Waren sowie Material
  • Du behältst Food Cost und Food Waste im Blick
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Küchenprozesse ein
  • Bei Spezialanlässen und Banketten behältst du auch bei grösseren Mengen den Überblick

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Köchin/Koch EFZ
  • Ausbildung bzw. Qualifikation als Diätköchin/Diätkoch - Voraussetzung für diese Funktion
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer professionellen Grossküche sowie Erfahrung in einem Pflegheim
  • Erste Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein gutes Verständnis für Qualität, Hygiene und Prozesse
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gemeinsam mit dem Küchenchef ein Team weiterzuentwickeln
