Wir suchen für die Abteilung Soziale Diensteper 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n zusätzliche/n

Sozialarbeiter/in FH/HFS (60 - 80%, m/w/d) ##

Die Abteilung Soziale Dienste ist mit ihren 18 Mitarbeitenden zuständig für die Ausrichtung der gesetzlichen Sozialhilfe, die freiwillige Sozialberatung, das Asylwesen sowie für das Führen von Erwachsenenschutzmandaten. Zur Ergänzung und Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir deshalb eine neue Kollegin oder einen neuen Kollegen.

 Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind:

  • Überprüfung der Anspruchsvoraussetzungen für den Bezug von wirtschaftlicher Sozialhilfe unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Grundlagen und des Subsidiaritätsprinzips
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung zielorientierter individueller Hilfspläne inkl. interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen der Fallführung
  • Bedarfsabklärung zur wirtschaftlichen Integration von anspruchsberechtigten Personen
  • Beratung von Personen und Familien in persönlichen, familiären und finanziellen Themen im Rahmen der Sozialgesetzgebung
  • Erledigung administrativer Tätigkeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Administration (Tandem-System)
  • Durchführung von Abklärungen im Erwachsenenschutzbereich im Auftrag der Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde
  • Führen von Erwachsenenschutzmandaten im Auftrag der Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialarbeit FH oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Bereits vorhandene Berufserfahrungen in der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe und/oder dem Führen von Erwachsenenschutzmandaten, wie auch Kenntnisse der Sozialversicherungen, sind von Vorteil. Für diese anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit erwarten wir eine selbständige Arbeitsweise, konzeptionelles und lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie eine hohe Lern- und Entwicklungsbereitschaft. Ihr Profil wird abgerundet durch Ihre Teamfähigkeit sowie die ausgeprägte Fähigkeit im Umgang mit komplexen Situationen.
