Am gesellschaftlichen Puls der Zeit

Die KESB Kreis Bülach Süd ist zuständig für die Errichtung von Beistandschaften und weiteren Massnahmen im Bereich des Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzes. Sie hat den Sitz in Opfikon und umfasst die Gemeinden Bassersdorf, Dietlikon, Kloten, Nürensdorf, Opfikon und Wallisellen. Für den Sozial-Juristischen Dienst mit der Zusatzfunktion als stellvertretendes Behördenmitglied (Ersatzbehördenmitglied) suchen wir per 1.Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Sozialarbeiter/in oder Jurist/in 80 % ##

Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Behördenmitglieder in der Umsetzung des Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzrechts
  • Rechts- und Sachverhaltsabklärungen (inkl. Gespräche/Anhörungen, Protokolle etc.)
  • Ausarbeitung von Entscheiden zuhanden der Behörde
  • Instruktion und Beratung von Beistandspersonen
  • Prüfung von Mitwirkungsgeschäften
  • Teilnahme an der Entscheidsitzung und Fallverantwortung als stellvertretendes Behördenmitglied

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit oder Rechtswissenschaften
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bei einer KESB
  • Schweizer Wohnsitz
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Sozialkompetenz und Interesse an der Arbeit im Sozialbereich
  • Teamfähige, flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit
