Sie möchten Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf personenzentriert begleiten und gleichzeitig Ihr Fachwissen an eine angehende Sozialpädagogin weitergeben? Dann finden Sie bei uns eine Aufgabe mit Wirkung, Verantwortung und viel Gestaltungsspielraum.

Was Sie bei uns bewirken Der Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt in der personenzentrierten Begleitung unserer Bewohnenden. Sie unterstützen Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf im Alltag, fördern deren Selbstbestimmung und ermöglichen eine aktive Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben. Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie die fachliche Begleitung einer angehenden Sozialpädagogin.Mit Ihrer Fachkompetenz, Ihrer Persönlichkeit und Ihrem Engagement bereichern Sie unser Team und gestalten die Zusammenarbeit aktiv mit.

 Das bringen Sie mit Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik HF/FH. Idealerweise besitzen Sie bereits die Qualifikation als Praxisausbildnerin oder Praxisausbildner oder sind bereit, diese zu absolvieren. Sie haben Freude daran, eine angehende Sozialpädagogin während ihrer Ausbildung verlässlich, klar und ermutigend zu begleiten. Empathie, Humor, Eigenverantwortung und eine wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich. Zudem sind Sie bereit, unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten sowie Wochenend- und Nachtpiketteinsätze zu übernehmen.
