Ce qui vous attend

Notre informatique interne est la colonne vertébrale pour près de 550 collaborateurs répartis sur 6 sites. Vous veillez, avec une petite équipe bien rodée, à ce que tout le monde puisse travailler de manière productive à tout moment, de l-intégration d-un nouvel ordinateur portable à l-exploitation de notre environnement serveur et cloud. Vous êtes proche des personnes : vous êtes l-interlocuteur central pour toutes les questions relatives à l-informatique interne et vous constatez directement l-impact de votre travail. En même temps, vous disposez d-une grande marge de manœuvre pour développer davantage notre infrastructure hétérogène et prendre en charge vos propres sujets. Concrètement, cela signifie :

  • Soutien dans les activités quotidiennes de l-informatique interne
  • Assurer l-exploitation opérationnelle de l-informatique et optimiser l-infrastructure interne
  • Gestion des tickets et participation aux domaines Incident, Request, Problem et Change Management
  • Maintenance et extension de notre infrastructure informatique moderne et hétérogène
  • Participation aux projets tant dans la conception que dans la mise en œuvre
  • Prise en charge de la responsabilité de produits définis
  • Assurer les services quotidiens et les travaux de maintenance

Ce que vous apportez

  • Formation achevée en informatique EFZ (technique des systèmes ou développement de plateformes) et plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle en administration système
  • Connaissances approfondies de l-environnement Microsoft : Active Directory et Entra ID, Exchange (Online), SharePoint, Teams
  • Expérience avec macOS (idéalement Jamf en tant que MDM) et Linux
  • Pratique de la virtualisation des serveurs, quel que soit le fabricant (par ex. VMware vSphere, Proxmox)
  • Solides bases en réseau : TCP/IP, VLAN, routage, firewalling ainsi que DNS et DHCP
  • Expérience avec Atlassian Jira et Confluence ou des outils ITSM et de documentation comparables
  • Compréhension de base de la conteneurisation, par ex. avec Docker ou Kubernetes
