Seit über 40 Jahren entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt ein Schweizer Industrieunternehmen in der Zentralschweiz hochwertige Komponente für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen. Die Produkte gehen an Endkunden und Wiederverkäufer in der Schweiz und im Ausland. Entscheidungen fallen im Haus schnell, und im Team geht man bodenständig und kollegial miteinander um. Für den Verkaufsinnendienst suchen wir jemanden mit kaufmännischem Flair, der Kunden gerne persönlich betreut und ein kleines Team fachlich führen möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuen und Beraten von Endkunden und Wiederverkäufern in kaufmännischen Fragen sowie bei einfachen technischen Anfragen im In- und Ausland
  • Abwickeln von Kundenaufträgen vom Auftragseingang bis zur Lieferung, inklusive Reparaturen und Garantieabklärungen
  • Erstellen von Rechnungen, Lieferscheinen und Exportformalitäten sowie Disponieren der Lieferungen in Abstimmung mit Frachtführern
  • Führen von Preislisten und Betreuen der Kalkulationen
  • Anleiten und Koordinieren des Verkaufsinnendienstes, Sicherstellen der Servicequalität und Beitragen zum Erreichen der Umsatz- und Absatzziele
  • Mitwirken bei Projekten wie Produkteinführungen und Unterstützen von Administration und Marketing

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung EFZ mit Erfahrung im Verkauf oder Export in einem internationalen Umfeld, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Verkauf oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sichere Anwendung von MS-Office- und ERP-Systemen in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und Bereitschaft, sich in die Produkte einzuarbeiten
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise, rasche Auffassungsgabe und Sicherheit beim Setzen von Prioritäten
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt, hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und kommunikative Art
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Organisationsstärke, erste Erfahrung oder Interesse an fachlicher Führung
  • Sprachen: Deutsch: Stilsicher C2 / Französisch: Fliessend B2-C1 / Englisch: Fliessend B2-C1
