Your tasks: ##

  • You support our residents sensitively and competently with daily personal care and activities of daily living.
  • You accompany and care for our residents in everyday life and promote their independence and well-being.
  • You take on nursing and care tasks according to your competencies and company guidelines.
  • You contribute to creating an activating and appreciative daily routine and create a pleasant atmosphere.
  • You keep the care documentation carefully and comprehensibly according to company requirements.

Your profile: ##

  • You have completed training as a care assistant (SRK)
  • Ideally, you already have some professional experience in the care and support of elderly people - experience with people with dementia is a plus.
  • You enjoy working in a team, are hands-on and contribute to a respectful community with your positive attitude.
  • You are characterised by a sense of responsibility, reliability, as well as an independent and flexible working style.
  • You communicate confidently in German and understand Swiss German. 
  • Whether experienced or returning to work - we look forward to getting to know you.
