Poste : Stagiaire Ingénieur(e) Pré-Développement Mécatronique

Localisation : Sonceboz-Sombeval et Boncourt, Suisse

 

Au sein d-une équipe Innovation/Pré-Développement, vous aurez l-opportunité de participer au développement de nouvelles solutions technologiques dans le domaine des systèmes mécatroniques d-entraînement (actionneurs, moteurs électriques).

 

Vous contribuerez à l-identification, à la conception et à la validation de concepts innovants visant à améliorer la performance et la compétitivité de nos futurs produits.

Votre mission ###

·       Réaliser un benchmarking des solutions existantes afin d-identifier des opportunités d-amélioration.

·       Étudier et explorer de nouvelles solutions technologiques pour améliorer la performance des produits mécatroniques, notamment en termes de compacité, de poids, de densité de puissance et de durabilité.

·       Élaborer des architectures et des concepts de produits répondant à des critères techniques et économiques.

·       Réaliser des conceptions et valider les résultats à l-aide de simulations mécaniques, thermiques et magnétiques.

·       Concevoir et réaliser des prototypes fonctionnels et des démonstrateurs.

·       Réaliser les essais en laboratoire et valider les performances des solutions développées.

·       Rédiger la documentation technique associée aux projets (rapports d-études, dossiers de justification, notes de calculs, etc.).

 

Ces activités contribueront à l-exploration et à la validation de nouvelles architectures mécatroniques pour les futures générations de produits Sonceboz.

Vos compétences ###

·       Connaissances en modélisation et simulation, avec une maîtrise d-outils tels que SolidWorks, ANSYS ou équivalent.

·       Intérêt pour le développement de systèmes mécatroniques et les activités de pré-développement.

·       Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.

·       Esprit d-analyse et de synthèse.

·       Curiosité technique et forte orientation vers l-innovation.

Votre parcours ###

·       Étudiant(e) ingénieur(e) en dernière année de formation (niveau Master ou équivalent), avec une spécialisation en mécatronique ou mécanique.
