Poste : Stagiaire Ingénieur(e) Tests & Validation (Actionneurs)

Au sein d'une équipe R&D, vous contribuerez à la capitalisation et à l'exploitation des données issues de nombreuses campagnes d'essais environnementaux réalisées sur des actionneurs mécatroniques. Ces essais (durée de vie, vibrations, chocs thermiques, etc.) constituent une source précieuse d'informations permettant de mieux comprendre les performances de nos produits et de soutenir les décisions techniques sur les développements futurs.

 

L'objectif du stage est de centraliser, structurer et analyser les données historiques d'essais environnementaux afin d'identifier des tendances significatives et d'évaluer le comportement des actionneurs sous différents profils d'utilisation.

Votre mission ###

·       Recenser les campagnes d'essais disponibles et les données associées.

·       Mettre en place une base de données ou un outil de capitalisation des résultats d'essais (Excel avancé, Python, etc.).

·       Structurer et fiabiliser les données (homogénéisation des formats, définition d'indicateurs pertinents).

·       Analyser les résultats des essais (durée de vie, conditions critiques, modes de défaillance).

·       Comparer différents profils de charge et différents cycles d'utilisation.

·       Définir une approche prédictive (extrapolation, scénarios comparatifs) afin d'estimer l'impact de cycles d'utilisation alternatifs.

·       Développer des tableaux de synthèse et des outils d'aide à la décision à destination des équipes techniques.

 

Ces activités contribueront à la création d'une base de connaissances structurée permettant de valoriser les données historiques d'essais et d'améliorer la compréhension du comportement des produits dans différentes conditions d'utilisation.

Vos compétences ###

·       Intérêt marqué pour l'analyse et l'exploitation de données techniques.

·       Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et de Python.

·       Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.

·       Autonomie, rigueur et curiosité technique.

Votre parcours ###

·       Étudiant(e) ingénieur(e) en dernière année de formation (niveau Master ou équivalent), avec une spécialisation en mécatronique.
