Als Strategy Execution Associate Life unterstützt du zentrale Veränderungsvorhaben von der Planung bis zur nachhaltigen Implementierung von Zurich Schweiz. Du koordinierst Projektaktivitäten, schaffst Transparenz über Fortschritt und Risiken und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Projektverantwortlichen zusammen.

 

 

Das erwartet dich

 

  • Du planst und steuerst Projekte beziehungsweise Teilprojekte im Life-Bereich und stellst die Umsetzung innerhalb der vereinbarten Ziele, Termine und Qualitätsanforderungen sicher.
  • Du erstellst Projektpläne, strukturierst Arbeitspakete und koordinierst Aufgaben, Ressourcen, Meilensteine und Abhängigkeiten.
  • Du überwachst den Projektfortschritt, führst Risiken und offene Punkte nach und bereitest Statusberichte sowie Entscheidungsgrundlagen vor.
  • Du organisierst Workshops und Projektgremien, dokumentierst Beschlüsse und stellst die konsequente Nachverfolgung vereinbarter Massnahmen sicher.
  • Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Projektverantwortlichen zusammen und unterstützt eine transparente, lösungsorientierte Kommunikation.

 

 

Das zeichnet dich aus

 

  • Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Consulting oder in einer vergleichbaren koordinierenden Funktion
  • Sehr gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Management-Präsentationen
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
