Das sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben: \* Operative Verantwortung und akademische Leitung der Studiengänge BSc/ MSc in Angewandter Psychologie und für die zugewiesenen Module/Kurse \* Sicherstellung der Qualität von Studienmodulen und der Einhaltung von Reglementen/Prozessen sowie des didaktischen Rahmengerüsts der Fachhochschule \* Individuelle Prüfung und Beratung der Studierenden bei studienphasenbedingten Fragenstellungen (Zulassung, Dispensation, Auswahl Vertiefung/Kurse, etc.) \* Vermarktung des Bildungsangebots, inkl. Durchführung von Informationsveranstaltungen und Beratung von Interessenten \* Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung des zugewiesenen Bildungsangebots, Durchführung von Modulreviews inkl. Lehr\\-Lernpläne (LLPs); Auswahl und Führen von Dozierenden, sowie Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Kursangebote \* Zusammenarbeit mit Studienadministration und \\-beratung und Mitwirkung in Gremien ( Notenkonvent) und Projekten \* Vertretung der Studiengänge nach innen und aussen sowie Pflege und Ausbau der Beziehungen zu Studierenden, Branchenvertretungen und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern Das bringen Sie mit: \* Einen Hochschulabschluss (MSc) in Psychologie ist erforderlich, ein Doktorat von Vorteil \* Berufserfahrung in marktorientierten Funktionen sowie nachgewiesene Erfolge im beruflichen Umfeld der zu betreuenden Studiengänge (Angewandte Psychologie/ Wirtschaftspsychologie) \* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Affinität für Kundenakquisition und Marketing \* Eine selbstständige, präzise und speditive Arbeitsweise \* Freude an konzeptioneller Arbeit und deren operativer Umsetzung \* Sicheres, adressatengerechtes Auftreten, mit Kundenorientierung, Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit \* Sehr gute Deutsch\\- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil \* Sicherer Umgang mit MS\\-Office\\-Tools und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Schulverwaltungssoftware ( CampusNet), Learning Apps ( Brian) und LMS\\-Plattformen ( OpenOlat) Wir bieten Ihnen: \* Eine vielfältige Aufgabe mit Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld \* Ein engagiertes Team und unterstützende Arbeitskollegen in einem professionellen Arbeitsumfeld \* Zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen (40 h/Woche, mind. 25 Tage Ferien, Übernahme der KTG\\- und UVG\\-Beiträge, UVG\\-Zusatzversicherung, eigene Personalvorsorgestiftung, usw.) \* Interne Aus\\- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten, sowie attraktive Mitarbeiterrabatte \* Flexible Arbeitszeiten, Möglichkeit für Homeoffice, sowie ein zentral gelegener Arbeitsplatz in Zürich Oerlikon (ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zürich Oerlikon) Spricht Sie diese Aufgabe an?
