Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen mit anspruchsvollen Produktionsprozessen, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen engagierten Supply Chain Specialist / Produktionsplaner (m/w/d). In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion stellen Sie die optimale Planung und Steuerung der Material- und Produktionsflüsse sicher und leisten einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Lieferfähigkeit und Effizienz der gesamten Supply Chain.

Aufgaben ###

  • Planung und Terminierung von Kundenaufträgen unter Berücksichtigung der verfügbaren Ressourcen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Liefertermintreue und Lieferfähigkeit
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Lieferplänen sowie Prognosen für offene Kundenaufträge
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung von Planlieferzeiten, Losgrössen, Lagerbeständen und Sicherheitsbeständen
  • Abstimmung und Überwachung von Fertigungs- und Beschaffungsanforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsplanung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)-Prozessen
  • Durchführung von Kapazitätsanalysen und Unterstützung bei der Produktionssteuerung
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen innerhalb der Supply Chain
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe

Anforderungen ###

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Supply Chain, Prozessmanagement oder Produktionsplanung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Supply Chain, Produktionsplanung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Produktions- und Planungsprozessen
  • Grundkenntnisse im Lean Management von Vorteil

Informatik ###

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP, insbesondere in den Modulen PP und MM Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und Planungswerkzeugen Gute Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten
