Systems Engineer Linux & Kubernetes Platform Services (80% - 100%) #

Profilo: ##

In un contesto ospedaliero multi-sito, caratterizzato da elevati requisiti di affidabilità e continuità operativa, la figura ricercata contribuirà alla gestione e all-evoluzione della piattaforma Linux e dei servizi containerizzati Kubernetes, attivi su più ambienti (dev/test/pre-produzione/produzione). Il ruolo prevede responsabilità tecniche dirette sulla stabilità, sicurezza e automazione della piattaforma, con particolare attenzione alla resilienza dei sistemi che supportano applicazioni cliniche e amministrative critiche. La persona opererà in collaborazione con i team infrastrutturali, applicativi e di sicurezza, contribuendo in modo concreto alla modernizzazione e al consolidamento della piattaforma. I principali compiti saranno: 

  • Gestione della piattaforma Kubernetes
  • Progettazione, implementazione e manutenzione di cluster Kubernetes in ambienti on-premise e/o ibridi.
  • Gestione del ciclo di vita dei cluster (installazione, aggiornamenti, patching, scaling).
  • Configurazione e gestione di componenti fondamentali (Ingress, StorageClass, RBAC, NetworkPolicy).
  • Amministrazione sistemi Linux
  • Gestione e hardening di server Linux enterprise (RHEL/Ubuntu).
  • Monitoraggio delle performance e capacity planning.
  • Analisi e risoluzione di problematiche sistemistiche complesse.
  • Automazione e Infrastructure as Code
  • Deployment applicativi con approccio GitOps.
  • Implementazione e manutenzione di pipeline CI/CD (GitLab CI).
  • Utilizzo di strumenti Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu).
  • Sviluppo e gestione configurazioni con Puppet e/o Ansible.
  • Gestione sicura dei secret (OpenBao o equivalenti).
  • Sicurezza e continuità operativa
  • Implementazione di policy di sicurezza su cluster Kubernetes.
  • Hardening dei nodi Linux.
  • Progettazione e verifica di strategie di backup e disaster recovery.
  • Analisi degli incident di secondo e terzo livello e redazione di Root Cause Analysis.
  • Monitoraggio e miglioramento continuo
  • Configurazione e gestione di sistemi di monitoraggio e logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica.
  • Contributo alla standardizzazione dei processi operativi (ITIL).
  • Proposta di miglioramenti architetturali e di automazione.

Requisiti necessari: ##

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza professionale in posizione analoga
  • Licenza universitaria in informatica, diploma di ingegnere informatico (SUPSI/USI) o titolo equivalente
  • Esperienza significativa in amministrazione Linux
  • Esperienza concreta nella gestione di cluster Kubernetes in produzione
  • Competenze nell-automazione e nell-Infrastructure as Code
  • Capacità di trubleshooting strutturato
  • Attitudine al lavoro in ambienti critici e regolamentati
  • Interesse per l-aggiornamento critico continuo
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
