Deine Aufgaben

  • Du leitest die Marketingabteilung von Curaprox Schweiz mit zwei Mitarbeitenden und rapportierst direkt an die Leitung Curaprox Schweiz.
  • Du entwickelst die Marke Curaprox in der Schweiz strategisch weiter und verantwortest die Planung, Umsetzung und Analyse der Marketingaktivitäten.
  • Du entwickelst Marketing\- und Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen für die Fachpersonen (B2B) sowie für Endkonsumentinnen und Endkonsumenten (B2C).
  • Du definierst Schwerpunkte mit und planst Produktlancierungen inklusive Erfolgskontrolle.
  • Du verantwortest das Online\-Marketing über Social Media, Newsletter, E\-Shops und Suchmaschinen.
  • Du planst gemeinsam mit dem Messeteam die strategische Ausrichtung der B2B\- und B2C\-Messeauftritte.
  • Du leitest Marketingprojekte, Kooperationen und Partnerschaften, arbeitest aktiv an der Umsetzung mit und verantwortest die Zusammenarbeit mit der PR\-Agentur.
  • Du beurteilst Sponsoring\- und Spendenanfragen und entscheidest darüber mit.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation oder Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing mit, insbesondere in der eigenständigen Leitung und Umsetzung von grösseren Marketingprojekten.
  • Du kennst dich im B2B\- und B2C\-Marketing aus und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Online\-Marketing.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und kannst ein Team motivieren und weiterentwickeln. Erste Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch \- mündlich und schriftlich.
  • Du denkst strategisch und analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und packst bei der Umsetzung selbst mit an.
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Teams, Agenturen und externen Partnern zusammen und trittst überzeugend auf.
  • Kenntnisse des Schweizer Gesundheitsmarktes sowie Erfahrung in der Dental\- oder Pharmabranche sind von Vorteil.
