Die Abteilung Infrastructure Managed Systems schafft die Basis für digitale und innovative Stadt-Dienstleistungen. Als Teamleiter\*in Midrange-Systeme übernimmst du die fachliche und personelle Führung eines motivierten Teams und verantwortest den Betrieb sowie die Weiterentwicklung unserer Midrange-Systeme. Aufgaben ##

  • Du leitest ein hochperformantes Infrastruktur-Team von 13 Fachkräften und gestaltest die Zukunft der digitalen Basis der Stadt Zürich.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die strategische Ausrichtung und technische Weiterentwicklung von Kern-Infrastrukturen wie Linux/Open Source-Lösungen, skalierbare Datenbanken (Oracle, PostgreSQL), intelligente Automatisierung, robuste Netzwerkdienste (QIP/DNS) und sichere Web Application Firewalls.
  • Du steuerst das Budget und den Geschäftswert in deinem Fachbereich. Dabei planst und überwachst du die Investitionen und das Budget in deinem Fachbereich effizient, um maximale ROI und Ressourcennutzung sicherzustellen.
  • Du gewährleistest den unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb kritischer Dienste, definierst Qualitätsstandards und leitest strategische Lifecycle-Projekte (Modernisierung, Migration, Skalierung) mit klarem Fokus auf Digitale Souveränität, operative Exzellenz und Hyperautomatisierung.
  • Du bist die Anlaufstelle für interne Stakeholder, transformierst technische Anforderungen in effektive Lösungen und förderst die digitale Kompetenz der Mitarbeitenden.

Profil ##

  • IT-Studium oder höhere technische Ausbildung (TS, HF, FH) mit Schwerpunkt IT oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den oben erwähnten Aufgabengebieten
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden sowie die Fähigkeit, diese zu motivieren, ihre Potenziale gezielt zu fördern und gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung und im Betrieb kritischer Basisinfrastrukturen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in den relevanten Fachbereichen
  • Eigenverantwortliche und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie aktive Einbringung von Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, verständliche Vermittlung komplexer technischer Zusammenhänge und ein gutes Gespür für die Bedürfnisse interner Kund\*innen
  • Gelassenheit und souveränes Handeln auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen, verbunden mit Ausdauer bei der Umsetzung strategischer Vorhaben
