DEINE AUFGABEN ##

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams Service Desk Fakturierung im ambulanten Leistungsbereich
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten und qualitativ hochwertigen Bearbeitung von Rechnungsanfragen, Rückweisungen und Beanstandungen
  • Bearbeitung komplexer Fälle sowie Klärung von Tariffragen und -differenzen mit Versicherungen, Patientinnen und Patienten, unserer Ärzteschaft und internen Stellen
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Abläufen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung effizienter Lösungen im Rückweisungsmanagement
  • Fachliche Verantwortung in internen Projekten sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen und relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Sicherstellung eines transparenten Informationsflusses innerhalb des Teams sowie zu internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen

DEIN PROFIL ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Führung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Spital- und/oder Krankenversicherungsumfeld sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der ambulanten Tarife
  • Gute Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Grundlagen im Schweizer Gesundheitswesen, insbesondere KVG und UVG
  • Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, lösungsorientierte und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und einem guten Prozessverständnis
