Chef d'équipe des groupes résidentiels avec comportement complexe et défiant #

La journée variée

  • Vous prenez la direction d'une équipe interprofessionnelle motivée (composée de spécialistes en agogie et soins, personnel infirmier diplômé, professionnels de l'accompagnement et de la santé) et favorisez son développement et sa collaboration afin de mettre en œuvre avec succès les changements dans l'entreprise, tout en participant activement à environ 50 % à l'accompagnement/soins
  • Vous assumez la responsabilité d'une organisation de groupes résidentiels tournée vers l'avenir, développez continuellement la qualité de l'offre au sein du groupe résidentiel en intégrant les professionnels de soutien
  • Vous créez une collaboration interprofessionnelle coopérative et centrée sur les résidents
  • Vous apportez vos idées pour un département axé sur les besoins des résidents, les mettez activement en œuvre et vous engagez activement dans l'équipe de direction du secteur logement et participez aux groupes spécialisés et projets

Vos talents variés

  • Vous disposez d'une formation dans le domaine social ou de la santé au niveau tertiaire HF ou FH et apportez une large expérience professionnelle
  • Intérêt et enthousiasme pour la création d'un environnement de vie de haute qualité pour nos résidents
  • Expérience en gestion, pensée conceptuelle, capacité de réflexion et d'autocritique
  • Personnalité innovante, attitude engageante et sens du service
  • Vous entretenez une collaboration interprofessionnelle et ne perdez pas votre humour même dans les situations stressantes
