Notfallpraxis im Kinderspital Zürich, Betrieb an 365 Tagen im Schichtdienst, Einsatzzeiten verteilt über die ganze Woche (Montag bis Freitag von 12.00 bis 23.00 Uhr, an den Wochenenden und Feiertagen von 09.00 Uhr bis 23.00 Uhr)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist Teil des Führungsteams der Notfallpraxis und bringst deine Perspektive aktiv in Entscheidungen und die Weiterentwicklung der Praxis ein.
  • Du übernimmst gemeinsam mit der Gesamtleitung die fachliche und organisatorische Führung des MPA-Teams und sorgst für einen gut organisierten Arbeitsalltag.
  • Du vertrittst die Anliegen des MPA-Teams im Führungsteam und stellst einen transparenten Informationsfluss ins gesamte Team sicher.
  • Du koordinierst die verschiedenen Verantwortungsbereiche im MPA-Team und begleitest sowie unterstützt deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Alltag.
  • Du führst die Standortgespräche des MPA-Teams und wirkst bei Einstellungs-, Einführungs- und Einarbeitungsprozessen mit.
  • Du leitest gemeinsam mit der Gesamtleitung Teamsitzungen und arbeitest aktiv an Projekten und Weiterbildungen mit.
  • Du gestaltest die Optimierung von Abläufen sowie die Qualitätsentwicklung und -sicherung in der Notfallpraxis aktiv mit.
  • Du bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für MPA-spezifische Anliegen und förderst eine offene, wertschätzende und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im interprofessionellen Führungsteam.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MPA, FaGe oder Pflegefachperson, idealerweise mit mindestens zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung als MPA
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Team- und Führungskompetenz
  • Professionelles, wertschätzendes und empathisches Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeitenden, Patient\*innen und deren Bezugspersonen
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld mit wechselndem Arbeitsaufkommen
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, sicheres Auftreten und hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Souveräner und lösungsorientierter Umgang mit herausfordernden und komplexen Situationen
  • Reflexionsfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung in der Führungsrolle

Dein Lohn ##

Dein Bruttolohn liegt bei einem 100%-Pensum voraussichtlich zwischen 76'000 und 96'000 Franken pro Jahr.

Die genaue Lohnhöhe richtet sich nach deiner Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung. Im Verlauf des Auswahlverfahrens werden wir deinen Lohn aufgrund unserer Lohnrichtlinien festlegen. Bewerberinnen und Bewerber, die noch nicht über die erforderlichen Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen verfügen, können im Einzelfall auch unterhalb der Lohnbandbreite eingestuft werden. Für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten werden in vielen Fällen Zulagen ausgerichtet. Die weitere Lohnentwicklung richtet sich nach deinen Leistungen und den finanziellen Möglichkeiten der Eleonorenstiftung.
