Vos missions ------------

  • Vous réalisez des analyses et des diagnostics techniques approfondis sur les moteurs, les composants hydrauliques et les systèmes
  • Vous identifiez et évaluez les causes des dommages en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes d’atelier et nos spécialistes techniques
  • Vous rédigez des rapports techniques détaillés et documentés à la suite de vos expertises et investigations
  • Vous apportez votre soutien aux clients internes et externes ainsi qu’à nos partenaires pour répondre à leurs questions techniques et relever des défis techniques complexes
  • Vous identifiez activement les possibilités d’amélioration et contribuez au développement continu de nos produits, de nos processus et de nos normes de qualité

Votre profil ------------

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un CFC de mécanicien ou de mécatronicien dans les domaines de l’automobile, des poids lourds, des machines de chantier ou des machines agricoles
  • Vous avez suivi une formation complémentaire de diagnosticien ou êtes disposé(e) à obtenir le diplôme correspondant
  • Vous justifiez de plusieurs années d’expérience professionnelle et possédez un intérêt marqué pour le diagnostic technique et la recherche des causes de panne
  • Vous disposez d’excellentes connaissances en allemand. Des connaissances en anglais sont un atout, et la maîtrise du français constitue un avantage supplémentaire
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils MS Office
  • Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, de fiabilité et d’un sens aigu des responsabilités, et vous appréciez le travail en équipe
