Dans l'univers de l'étampage, la performance d'un outil ne se mesure pas uniquement sur le papier. Elle se valide sur le terrain, au contact de la production, des essais et des réalités techniques.

Pour renforcer son équipe, notre client recherche un Technicien Essais Étampage capable d'accompagner la mise au point et la validation d'outils au sein d'un environnement industriel exigeant.

Description du poste

Votre mission

Au cœur de l'activité technique, vous participez activement aux essais et à l'optimisation des outils d'étampage.

Votre rôle consiste à observer, analyser et remonter les informations nécessaires afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement des outils avant leur mise en production ou lors de leurs évolutions.

Au quotidien, vous serez amené à :

Réaliser les essais d'outils d'étampage sur presses. Observer le comportement des outils et analyser les résultats obtenus. Identifier les dysfonctionnements, écarts ou pistes d'amélioration. Effectuer les réglages de base nécessaires aux essais. Renseigner les résultats et transmettre les informations techniques aux équipes concernées. Collaborer avec les mécaniciens, metteurs au point et responsables techniques. Participer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes et des outils.

Profil recherché

Votre profil

Formation technique ou expérience confirmée dans un environnement industriel. Intérêt marqué pour la mécanique, l'étampage ou les procédés de fabrication. Capacité à observer avec rigueur et à analyser les situations de manière méthodique. Esprit logique et sens du détail. Personnalité calme, réfléchie et consciencieuse. Aisance dans les échanges avec les différents intervenants techniques. Envie de comprendre le fonctionnement des outils plutôt que de simplement exécuter une tâche.
