Mandatés par notre client, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) Maintenance Electrique.

Technicien(ne) Maintenance Electrique OIBT art 13 et 15 (H/F)

Pour le compte d'une entreprise active dans les solutions techniques et la maintenance industrielle, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) Responsable Maintenance. Le poste offre une importante autonomie et combine expertise technique, coordination d'équipe et suivi opérationnel. La personne sera amenée à être présente majoritairement sur le site client. Votre mission: En tant que référent·e technique et responsable d'équipe, vous assurez le bon déroulement des activités de maintenance électrique et veillez au respect des exigences techniques, qualité et sécurité. Vos principales responsabilités seront notamment de :

  • Encadrer, coordonner et accompagner les équipes d'intervention ;
  • Organiser le travail et assurer le suivi des heures et des activités ;
  • Apporter un soutien technique aux intervenants ;
  • Assurer le suivi et la remontée immédiate des anomalies ;
  • Gérer et contrôler la documentation technique liée aux opérations de maintenance ;
  • Superviser les tests et assurer la traçabilité des interventions ;
  • Élaborer, consolider et suivre les plannings de maintenance ;
  • Veiller au respect des délais et des engagements ;
  • Préparer les campagnes de maintenance ;
  • Veiller à l'application des méthodes et procédures en vigueur ;
  • Contrôler les livrables et préparer les éléments de reporting ;
  • Participer aux séances de suivi avec le client et les différents partenaires.

Votre profil:

  • CFC d'électricien·ne de maintenance, automaticien·ne ou formation équivalente/supérieure ;
  • Expérience solide en maintenance électrique industrielle ;
  • Expérience dans la fabrication ou le domaine des tableaux électriques ;
  • Une expérience dans un environnement pharmaceutique constitue un avantage ;
  • Expérience préalable dans l'encadrement ou la coordination d'équipes.

Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances dans les domaines de l'électricité et de l'automation industrielle, ainsi que des qualifications OIBT adaptées. Votre personnalité Autonome et organisé·e, vous avez le sens du service et savez coordonner plusieurs intervenants dans un environnement exigeant. Votre capacité à communiquer efficacement, votre rigueur et votre sens des responsabilités vous permettent d'être un interlocuteur fiable aussi bien pour les équipes techniques que pour le client. L'anglais serait un atout.
