Principales tâches

  • Évaluation du potentiel de réparation des installations d'ascenseurs existantes
  • Relevé et évaluation technique des travaux de réparation nécessaires sur site
  • Calcul, élaboration et vente des offres de réparation
  • Obtention et coordination des offres auprès de fournisseurs tiers concernant les conditions et les délais
  • Conseil technique à nos clients ainsi que conduite des négociations commerciales et tarifaires
  • Organisation des commandes internes et externes de matériel
  • Planification et coordination des interventions de réparation
  • Collaboration étroite avec le service après-vente pour améliorer la satisfaction client et développer les relations clients existantes
  • Soutien au responsable du service dans l-acquisition des commandes de réparation
  • Détermination des pièces de rechange nécessaires ainsi que calcul des travaux de réparation correspondants

 

Ce que nous attendons de vous

  • Formation technique achevée, par exemple en tant qu-électricien installateur, électromécanicien ou dans un métier technique comparable et/ou une formation orientée vers la vente
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle dans le secteur des ascenseurs, idéalement combinée à une expérience en vente technique, est un avantage
  • Bonne connaissance des normes et réglementations pertinentes dans le domaine de la technique des ascenseurs et des réparations
  • Orientation marquée vers le client et la vente ainsi que plaisir à conseiller techniquement
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B
